I’m reaching out to you for some help. I just entered these three photos into the world open photography competition in the action category. They are three of my recent favourites all staring Barry Mansfield. Please follow this link and show some love by clicking the little heart next to my photos.
Not really sure what I would do with the money if I won. But I would have to share some of prize with the star of the show and key players, use some for a big celebration and then spend the rest on a photography mission to go and shoot more images around the world. Maybe after that I will be able to shoot something even better for you.
Anyways I hope you like the images enough to vote and repost this to get your friends involved as well.
There’s a taste of perfection in the repeating patterns of nature. I can’t help but see them all around me.
Check out the latest issue of X-Press, on news stands now. I was lucky enough to be asked to shoot the cover for this issue and then as a bonus have a great concept handed to me. Thanks to X-Press, Emma at X-Press and All of the Above Creative as well as the fantastic musicians for having a laugh and getting into character for the shoot.
We have members of Pond, Split Seconds, San Cisco and Felicity Groom all tearing up the City in a composite shot that I somehow managed to put together in 48 hours. Usually composite image like this one take much longer to plan, shoot and photoshop together. However after hearing the concept, I just couldn’t resist but to go for it and challenge myself.
Already looking forward to the next composite image I’ll get to create, got any ideas?
Whilst scouting a location in Albany Ben McCormick took this great shot of me jumping between some rocks. It wasn’t as dangerous as it looks, but still lots of fun.
Sidewalk surfing Soggybones style. This image was so much fun. Known for his effortless control and laid back style on a skateboard Barry Mansfield is the perfect skateboarder to carve this street wave.
This image was chosen as the cover of first ever Soggybones photo annual which is available right now. So go claim yours while you still can. I’m sure this issue last too long on the shelf before they all get snatched up.
